| Abstract: | Firstly, the causes of the quasi integration between the market and the firm are studied in this paper. On the basis of this, a heuristic model of outsourcing is set up to explain the certainty of its formation. In the end, the essence of the outsourcing based on core competencies, which is one of the evolution forms of outsourcing, is analyzed from the angle of resource-based view. |
