| 摘 要： | 以我国青少年体育俱乐部为研究对象,运用文献资料调研和逻辑分析等方法描述并分析了俱乐部的目标定位、组织结构、会员发展以及融资方式等现状。提出我国青少年体育俱乐部具有组织类型多样、公益性与经营性相统一等特点。指出俱乐部发展存在的主要问题是俱乐部团体会员的发展力度不够,俱乐部融资渠道单一,产权界定不完全,俱乐部的有效需求不足等。

| Abstract: | Taking the junior sport clubs in China as research subject and using the method of literature investigation and logical analysis,this paper describes and analyzes the current situation of club's objective orientation,organization structure,membership development and financing channels,put forwards that junior sport clubs in China should be in diversity of organizational pattern and unite of non-profit and operation management,points out the existing problems that clubs meet in the development such as poor development of group membership,single financing channel,imperfect of property rights delimitation and insufficiency of valid demand. |
