| Abstract: | On the report of the sixteenth representative congress of Communist Party,the president Jiang Zemin put forward the great blueplan on constructing a relatively comfortably-off society in an all round way during the early20years of the21century.Howto understand the great strategic plan correctly and completely,the article thinks deeply on the following:the conception of comfortably-off society,the reality and the protracted nature to construct it and the construction in an all round way. |
