| 摘 要： | 始于上世纪90年代、兴盛于新世纪之交的我国高校院校合并,是否达成初衷,评估标准可用两把尺子衡量:一是院校合并后学科融合的深度和广度;二是院校合并后能否优化资源配置,降低办学成本。通过用中外名校实证分析,指出这是高校改革的世界性潮流,并将极大推动科技进步和社会发展。
