远程教育的两大攻坚战：学习评价与资源评价

这是围绕我国当前远程教育发展与改革的学者对话。我国第三代远程教育取得了显著成就，但也逐渐暴露出许多问题。如何超越当前远程教育发展的“瓶颈”，作者认为，健全、完善和创新远程教育评价体系是一个重要的突破口。这不仅要创新学生的考试模式，而且要健全、完善对教师、课程、资源的评价和对远程教育办学主体及学习支持服务体系的评价。围绕这一突破口需要开展两大攻坚战——学习评价与资源评价，落脚点是提高远程学习者的自主学习能力、自信心与综合素质。这是提高中国远程教育质量的难点和关键。
