论教师的劳动特点

摘    要:人们对某种职业劳动价值的判断在很大程度上取决于对该职业劳动特点的认识,同样,教师劳动价值的判断在很大程度上受到仍们对教师劳动特点的认识的影响,教师劳动特点主要表现为主体示范性,群体协作性,独特创造性和长期连续性四个基本方面,无论是对教师劳动特点的贬低或拔高,都将导致认识上的泛化,都不利于人们对教师劳动特点的本质把握和价值判断。

Abstract:One's judgement to the labour value of any profession is mostly due to his knowledge to this profession. The judgement to the labour value is also affected by one's knowledge to the labour characteristics of theteacher. This articls considers the labour characteristics of the teacher mainly display four basic respects, that isthe subject demonstration, the group cooperation, the unique creativeness and the long - term continuity.Whether belittling or raising the labour charasteristics of the teacher will result in the general knowledge, andthere will in un favour of the esseme holding and the value judgement to the labour characteristics of the teacher.
