| Abstract: | under the circumstances of socialist market - oriented economy, great changes in many fields, such as politics, economyomy and culture, have taken place. New things and new problems have e- merged.Political and ideological educationg must be conducted in the spirit of the blazing new traits according to their aims, content, forms and ways. Only in this way can we meet the needs in the new situation and gain positive results. |
