教师心理契约的失衡与重构——基于高校教师职务聘任制改革的视角

摘    要:探索教师心理契约变化问题对于寻求高校教师职务聘任制改革成功的微观基础有积极的意义。文章在分析教师心理契约与高校教师职务聘任制改革的逻辑关系的基础上,指出了改革中将会出现教师心理契约失衡与重构的问题,讨论了通过学校组织与教师个体两方面努力实现教师心理契约重构的途径。

Abstract:For finding the successful micro basis of the reform of faculty employment system in university,it is significantly to explore change of teacher's psychological contract.The article analysis the logical relation between teacher's psychological contract and the reform of faculty employment system in university,on this basis the article points out the problem of imbalance of teacher's psychological contract and discusses the ways to restructure the psychological contract of teachers.
