| 摘 要： | 知识管理与竞争情报两者之间的相同之处主要体现在产生的原因、目标、作用对象等九个方面；两者之间的不同之处主要体现在产生的时代背景、关注的范围等五个方面．这两门学科不是简单的一方对另一方的影响，而是双方相互影响、相互促进。我们应充分了解和正确对待这一关系，积极促进双方在今后有更新的发展和飞跃。

| Abstract: | The similarities of knowledge management and competitive information exist in nine aspects including the reason,aim,function and so on.The differences between them lie in the background,the scope,and other aspects.They are mutually influenced and promoted.We should fully realize and appropriately treat their relationship and promote the development of these two scopes. |
