| 摘 要： | 社会环境和现实境遇导致高校青年思政课教师的马克思主义信仰状况不乐观,这直接影响他们的科研工作、教学工作和精神世界。针对信仰危机的消极影响,应强化学科意识,完善思想政治教育学科建设;加强专业化发展,建设信仰坚定的思政课教师队伍;加强学科培训,增强职业认同感和归属感。

| Abstract: | Because of the social environment and individual situation ,the Marxism belief of the young ideological and political teachers is not good enough and this affects their scientific research ,teaching and spiritual world. To eliminate the negative influence of the belief crisis, discipline consciousness should be strengthened and subject construction should be improved; insist on professional development and build up teaching staff of finn belief; enhance discipline training and strengthen professional sense of approval and belonging. |
