| 摘 要： | 周学熙是中国近代著名的实业家。从事实业和职业教育是他毕生的追求,而重视人才、培养人才、严格管理人才则是他事业成功的关键所在。他不仅大力培养国内专业技术人才、重金聘请国外职业技术精英,而且注重发掘女子职业人才资源,并由此形成了一套独特的职业人才管理思想与模式。

| Abstract: | Zhou Xuexi is a famous industrialist in modern china history.Engaging in business education and vocational education is the pursuit of his life,and valuing proffessionals,cultivating proffessionals and strictly administer proffessionals is the key of his success.He not only make great efforts to cultivate domestic proffessionals and employ external vocational and technical elite,but also pay attention to the explore women resources of vocation,and thus shape a unique thinking and model of proffessionals administration. |
