行政复议法十年思考

《行政复议法》实施10年来,通过行政复议解决行政纠纷的案件已达到八万多个,切实地为百姓解决了许多难题。但面对客观现实的需要和社会的发展挑战,行政复议这一行政纠错机制目前已出现了一些不足,有待进一步完善。将从当前行政复议存在的问题出发,提出进一步健全行政复议的几点建议。

Reconsideration of Administrative Review Law Implemented in China

The Administrative Review Law has been implemented for ten years in China. It is not only the important guarantee to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of citizens,but also the systematic security to realize internal supervision for government institutions. And the law has effectively solved many problems for the common people. With the need of social development,some shortcomings of this administrative review mechanism have emerged and it needs to be further improved and perfected. The paper put forward some suggestions to improve the administrative review procedures from the perspective of current problems to be resolved.
