| Abstract: | Through analyzing the request of the ages to talented persons,this article put forward a five-step-ladder-type experimental teaching method.It introduced the concrete contents of the new mode,expatiated the guarantee function of open laboratory and teachers team development to the new mode,and the results obtained in the process of carrying out this new teaching mode. |
