| 摘 要： | 通过录像分析系统,对前民主德国、美国及中国的优秀蛙泳、自由泳运动员水上和水下转身技术进行记录、分析。结果表明:影响蛙泳转身效果的主要因素是游近池壁的速度、团身时间及手脚触壁时间差;影响自由泳前滚翻转身效果的主要因素是游近池壁的速度、蹬出时髋关节角度及速度等;中国蛙泳运动员金甫、黄晓敏,前民主德国运动员赫尔纳在转身技术上有独到之处,可以参考和借鉴。

| Abstract: | Using video system,the study made record and analysis on overwater and underwaterturning technique of elite breaststrokers and freestylers from DRG,the US and China.Theresultsindicate that the main factors effectig turning in breaststroke are the speed swimming to the wall,the time of tucking and the time difference between touching wall by hands and feet,that themain factors are the anglo of hips and the velocity of kicking wall.The turning technique of JinPu,Huang Xiaomin and Herna showed their own characteristics. |
