| 摘 要： | 研究骑楼在泉州近当代社会变迁中的发展规律，对于当代新骑楼建设以及传统骑楼遗产的保护是有重要贡献意义的。在实证研究的基础上，综合应用类型学、社会学、人类心理学等理论方法进行深入剖析，最后得出结论：在泉州近当代社会变迁中，骑楼作为一种由意象和实体组成的类型事物，骑楼意象因为机缘巧合而能同时得到两个社会的心理认同，而骑楼实体则在两个社会中必然会有分异的现实表现。

| Abstract: | It is very important contribution for building the new contemporary Qilou and protecting the heritage of traditional Qilou to research the developmental ways of Qilou in the social change from modern to contemporary in Quanzhou. On the basis of empirical study, the author conducted an in-depth analysis with the theoretical ways of comprehensive application such as typology, sociology and human psychology and concluded that： During the social changes from modem to contemporary in Quanzhou, Qilou can be looked as a type thing composed by the image and the entity. The image of Qilou won the psychological identification eoincidentally and the entity of Qilon had different presentations inevitably in the two societies. |
