| 摘 要： | 中国成为世贸组织正式成员的事实 ,意味着WTO的原则和规则在中国必须得到严格的遵守。随着国际经济格局的变化 ,中国经济发展、格局、构架、运行规则 ,及与之相适应的政治、文化、教育也在发生相应的变化。这其中表明高等教育系统在加入世贸组织的新形势下 ,不可能游离于经济体制改革和扩大对外开放的大背景 ,市场经济的效益原则、竞争原则等 ,也必将作用于高等教育的各个方面。因此 ,研究我国加入世贸组织如何促成我国高等教育发展的变革机制具有积极的意义

| Abstract: | The fact of China became member of WTO means its law must be observed in China.As the changing of commercial form in the world.Chinese commerial development,form,law and politics,culture,education have changed.It shows that higher education can't break away from the background of opening and reformation.and beneficial and competitive principle will effect higher educational each field.Therefore,It is useful to research how help to bring about reformation of higher education under our country entering WTO. |
