Tornwaldt囊肿的低场MRI与临床分析

目的：探讨Tornwaldt囊肿的低场MRI表现特征与临床特点。方法：回顾性分析5840例颅脑低场MRI资料,重点分析Tornwaldt囊肿MRI表现特点、出现率、临床表现。结果：5840例中发现108例Tornwaldt囊肿,出现率为1.85%。病变位于鼻咽后壁正中粘膜下,均呈圆形或椭圆形,直径或长径：2mm～23mm,平均9mm。病灶呈T1W低T2WI高信号（类似脑脊液信号）75例,呈T1WI及T2WI高信号33例。82例无明显相关症状,26例有咽部和（或）颈前不适症状。结论：Tornwaldt具有特征性的发病部位及MRI信号特点。

Low-Field MRI And Clinical Analysis Of Tornwaldt Cyst

Objective:To study the low field MRI features and clinical characteristics of Tornwaldt cyst.Methods:The data of 5840 cases of craniocerebral with low field MRI examination were analyzed retrospectively.The MRI features,occurrence rate,clinical manifestations of Tornwaldt cyst were analyzed especially.Results:In 5840 cases,108 cases were found with Tornwaldt cyst,the occurrence rate was 1.85%.The lesions located in the posterior wall of nasopharynx median submucosal,showed a round or oval,diameter or length:2mm ~ 23mm,9mm average.The signal of the lesion was low in T1W and high in T2WI(similar to the CSF signal) in 75 cases,T1WI and T2WI showed high signal in 33 cases.82 patients had no obvious symptoms,26 cases had pharyngeal and(or) cervical anterior discomfort symptoms.Conclusion:It is characteristic on the diseased part and MRI signals of Tornwaldt cyst.
