微格教学法在师范技能培训中的应用

摘    要:师范技能培训是教师教育的重要环节。微格教学法是提高师范生或新教师师范技能的有效手段,它具有“训练课题微型化,技能动作规范化,记录过程声像化,观摩评价及时化”的优点,将现代教育技术与课堂教学进行了有效结合。实践证明,将微格教学法用于师范技能培训中,对提高师范生或新任教师师范技能有较好的效果,对于他们成为合格教师有不可低估的作用。

Application of Micro - teaching Method in Normal Skill Training

Abstract:Normal skill training is an important link in teachers education. Micro - teaching method is an effective means of improving normal students'or new teachers'skill, which has advantages of "training topic miniaturization, skill operation standardization, recording the process with audio - visual method, view evaluation in a timely manner", and is an effective combination of modem education technology and classroom teaching. Practice has proved that the micro - teaching approach applied in normal skill training plays a good effect to improve their skills, and it cannot be underesti- mated to play the role in becoming qualified teachers.
