林纾—魏易合作翻译的＂林译小说＂作品中,学界历来认为林纾处于主体性地位,而魏易作为此模式的中介口述者,作用往往被忽略。借助学界研究的热点——界面研究,重新探讨林译小说中合作双方的作用和地位,认为在林纾和魏易合作翻译模式下,语内翻译和语际翻译相辅相成,缺一不可。林纾和魏易在林译小说中扮演着同等重要的角色,两者中的任何一方缺场,都不会有林译小说在中国翻译史上的奇迹。

Re -exploring Lin Shu and Wei Yib Collaborative Translation Mode

As for the works Linshu and Weiyi collaboratively translated, Lin Shu is all along regarded as a subjective role, but Wei Yi as the interpreter is often neglected. This paper re - explores the role and status of the two persons in Lin Shu＇s translating novels and hold that intralingual translation and interhngual translation supplement with each other in collaberative translation. Lin Shu and Wei Yi play the equivalent role in Lin Shu＇s translating novels, if any other side of the two is absent, wonderful achievement of Lin Shu＇s translation novels would not be achieved.
