| 摘 要： | 我国高校内部资源配置面临着诸多新要求,而当前其存在的主要问题表现为：重管理轻学术、重科研轻教学、求效率舍公平等倾向,要实现对高校内部资源的合理配置,可采取的基本对策是摈弃“官本位”,尽快向学术回归;坚持教学科研并重,适当向教学倾斜;兼顾效率与公平,并逐步向公平发展。

| Abstract: | The main problem of interior disposition of educational resource in current Chinese universities and colleges originates from the following wrong tendencies: giving management an advantage over academy;giving scientific research an advantage over teaching;giving up equality for efficiency.The essential countermeasure for Chinese universities and colleges to rationally distribute interior resources is achieving the following: to abandon "the officialdom standard" and return to academy as soon as possible;to pay equal attention to teaching and scientific research;to pay proper attention to both efficiency and equality. |
