试析我国教育规划中的问题与对策

教育规划着眼于教育的长远和全面发展，体现出教育机制的系统性特点，并指明未来教育改革的方向。从历史的角度看，我国教育规划缺乏一定的长效性；从现实的角度看，我国教育规划针对性还不足。我国教育规划中的问题成因主要有三：其一，教育自身专业性不强；其二，依法治教力度还不够；其三，教育规划缺乏相对独立性。应理性审视我国教育规划中存在的问题，探究其成因，并在此基础上思考解决存在问题的对策。

The Problems of China's Educational Planning and Its Countermeasures

Educational planning should focus on the long- term and all- round development of education. It reflects the systematic characteristic of educational mechanism and points out the direction of the educational reform in the future. From the historical point of view, the educational planning of our country is lacking in long - term effect to some extent. From the realistic point of view, the educational planning of our country is short of practical relevance. There are three main causes of the problems of the educational planning of our country： 1 ）education itself hasn＇t strong specialization. ;2）managing education by law is not enough; 3 ）the education plan of our country is lacking of independence relatively. We should use a rational view to analyze the problems that exist in the educational plan of our country and look into the causes of the problems. On this basis, we can explore the countermeasures to solve the existing problems
