摘    要:研究薏仁对细胞色素P4501A1酶活性的影响,为探讨其代谢机制及药用作用提供依据。昆明种小鼠各40只,按18.2g/kg·d^-1灌胃给药,生理盐水对照给药,分别在3周、6周和9周后采用分光光度法测定小鼠肝微粒体CYPlAl的活性。结果是薏仁能降低CYPlAl酶活性,且呈时间依赖性,抑制率在6.35%-46.50%之间;并对CYPlAl酶活性的抑制不存在性别差异。结论是薏仁可明显降低CYPlAl酶活性,且无性别差异。

Effects of Coix Lachrymal-jobi on the Activity of Cytochrome P450 1A1 in Mouse Liver
Abstract:Objective: To investigate the effects of Coix Lachrymal -jobion the activity of cyteehrome P4501A1 in mouse liver. Method: Coix Lachrymal -jobiwas administered intragastrally to male and female mice at doses of 18.2g/kg · d ^- 1. Controlled group was given by O. 9% NaC1 solution. Then enzymatic activity of CYP1A1 was detected by spectro- photometry at 3rd,6th or 9th weeks. Results: Enzymatic activity of CYP1A1 was inhibited byCoix Lachrymal-jobiranging from 6.35% to 46.50%, and the time course revealed that the inhibition reached plateau level at 9th week. There were not differences in activity of CYP1Al.between the sexes induced byCoix Lachrymal -jobi. Conclusions: Coix Lachrymal -jobicould inhibit the activity of CYP1A1, and no sex difference.
