| 摘 要： | 企业与环境之间的关系是复杂的。从系统论的角度对企业环境系统进行解析，有利于建立起较完整的企业环境分析的理论框架，也有利于企业全面认识和把握企业环境变量，从而有利于企业的管理决策与环境的互动性和适应性。
