| 摘 要： | 建设先进大学文化的实质是人的发现和解放.先进的大学文化理念首先是人文关怀.由人文关怀起始的对青年学生精神成长和道德成长需要的关注、保护和引导是先进大学文化建设的目的和归属.惟有在对学生“人“的现实成长需要、创造需求的发现、解放和满足中,大学方能实现其主体实在性文化建设的意义.

| Abstract: | The essence for building advanced university culture is people's finding and liberation The advanced university culture idea is firstly the humanity solicitude.The attention,protection and guide to young student spirit growing-up and morality need initiated from the humanity solicitude is the purpose and the end of the advanced university culture.Only satifying the students' needs of "human" in their growing-up and discovering and liberating of their creating needs,will university be able to realize the significance of the subject substantiality cultural advancement. |
