农民增收困难的"正式制度"障碍和对策研究

近几年来,农民收入在低谷徘徊,城乡差距呈不断扩大的势头.这已引起社会各界的高度关注,很多学者从多角度、多方面对此进行研究,本文拟应用制度经济学的有关原理,从农民增收困难的正式制度障碍作为切入点进行分析研究,从而找出解决农民增收困难的对策和建议(即正式制度的改革和创新).

on the Barriers and Resolutions of the "Formal System" Concerning Farming People''''s Trouble in Increasing their Income

In recent years,the income of farming people in China stops at low level and the gap of income between people in urban area and those in rural area is increasingly widening.It has become a great concern among all walks of life in the country and many scholars have done much research on the problem in various perspectives and from various respects.The present paper starts from the analysis the barriers of the"formal system"concerning farming people's trouble in increasing their income and,by referring to some relevant principle of systematic economics,tries to find out some possible resolutions,i.e.,the innovations and reform of the "formal system".
