| 摘 要： | 我国农村义务教育经费保障机制的建立使农村普及义务教育成为可能。我们应借鉴国外义务教育投资模式的成功经验,提高经费的使用效率,保证经费的使用安全。同时应结合我国的实际,以这次改革为契机,深化农村教育体制改革,实现农村教育跨越式发展。

| Abstract: | The system of expenditure-guaranteed on education makes it possible to popularize the compulsory education. We should learn successful experiences of investment pattern on compulsory education in foreign countries in order to improve the expenditure efficiency and keep it safe. We should grasp the chance and deepen the reform on system of Compulsory Education in Rural Areas so that the development by leaps and bounds can be achieved. |
