The sameness and the otherness of human beings play different roles in the social life.In education,some educators prefer the sameness,as they think the aim of education is to remold the otherness,and help students to realize the state of being highly developed and perfect.Some educators prefer the otherness,as they argue that the uniqueness of each person is harmed while educators perusing the state of highly and fully developed,thus making the development of social life lose the vigorousness.To carry out education activities,educators should keep a balance between the two directions.
