摘    要:人与人的共同性和相异性对于人与人的相处具有各自不同的意义。在教育中,追求一致的教育者们认为,教育的任务是改造每个人的相异性,追求人能达到的高度发展和完美状态。倡导保护差异的教育者们认为,教育在追求人的高度发展和完美状态过程中,扼杀了每个人的独特性,使得社会生活失去了活力,教育活动的开展有待于教育者在上述两个不同向度之间进行平衡和协调。

Abstract:The sameness and the otherness of human beings play different roles in the social life.In education,some educators prefer the sameness,as they think the aim of education is to remold the otherness,and help students to realize the state of being highly developed and perfect.Some educators prefer the otherness,as they argue that the uniqueness of each person is harmed while educators perusing the state of highly and fully developed,thus making the development of social life lose the vigorousness.To carry out education activities,educators should keep a balance between the two directions.
