| 摘 要： | 心理社团的组织与管理,不仅是社团成长的过程,更是社团成员专业成长的过程,也是成员的个体成长的过程。基于此,从筛选社团成员、成员角色意识培养入手,开展各项活动,要求成员掌握一定的心理健康知识,并能从自身出发帮助他人,以期营造积极的心理健康教育氛围。

| Abstract: | The psychological association organization and management is not only its process of growing up,and community members' professional development process,but also the individual growth process of each member.Therefore,activities should be carried out from the selection of community members,members' role consciousness training,and members were required to master certain knowledge of psychological health,and can help others,thereby creating a positive atmosphere of psychological health education. |
