| Abstract: | According to the actual situation of the library in Jilin Normal University,this paper analyzes the reasons for the low utilization rate of foreign resources and proposes some measures to increase the utilization rate of the foreign resources in university libraries,based on other scholars' findings in order to fully exploit the due function of expensive foreign resources in scientific research and teaching. |
