| Abstract: | The paper analyzes the causes of shortage of highly skilled workers in Xinjiang enterprises at present and proposes that talent cultivation system should be perfected,investment on vocational education and enterprise training should be increased,and scientific evaluation and incentive mechanism should be established to alleviate the current situation. |
