| 摘 要： | 当前中国大量农村劳动力的流动无疑对农村贫困产生了重大影响。调查数据显示，农村劳动力流动通过非农收入增加、农业资源重组和资金技术回流推动了农村贫困减少，而高素质劳动力的流失则使农业发展乏力且阻碍了农村贫困减少进程。理论分析及其验算表明，1992至2008年中国农村劳动力流动是有利于农村贫困减少的。而基于ADL模型的统计检验更是得出明确的结论：1994至2008年农村劳动力流动所降低的农村贫困发生率占总农村贫困发生率下降的30．17％。
