| 摘 要： | 学生干部是高校学生工作不可或缺的重要群体,他们对学生的学习、生活、社会实践等有着重要的影响,更是加强学生管理的重要力量。高职高专院校的学生有着自身的特点,对于学生干部的培养和教育,必须遵循学生特点,结合学校实际,按照高职高专的教育教学模式和学生的实际情况进行培养,才能有效提高学生干部综合索质,做好学生工作。
