| 摘 要： | 高校知识管理一方面表现为知识的密集和高校内部的传播,另一方面表现为知识溢出以及对其他组织创新行为的影响。从知识价值链角度研究高校知识管理,在于揭示其本质和管理机制,为高校的知识创新提供理论指导。界定了高校知识管理的定义,剖析高校知识管理的本质过程,构建基于知识价值链的知识管理模型,在此基础上提出促进高校知识创新发展的五类知识管理机制。
