| 摘 要： | 在世界经济发展过程中,技术创新的重要作用引发学术界对技术创新动因的热烈讨论。其中,技术推动和需求拉动是两种具有代表性的理论观点。通过对两种观点的文献综述,依据R.Nelson(1959)的"需求—成本"论,以及"最优创新时间"模型的分析,以消费者主权和生产者主权为理论根基的技术推动与需求拉动观点,可以归纳为以预期利润为导向。生产者(企业家)在技术创新过程中将发挥关键性作用,而指引其进行创新行为的动机就是创新行为可能带来的利润,即预期利润。
