韩婴论忠

摘    要:西汉初年的儒家学者韩婴积极拓展原始儒家的为统治者服务的思想,他极为重视和强调并且片面地发展了原始儒家的忠君思想。他提倡臣对国君无比忠诚的精神,将臣之忠分出等级,对忠君之臣大加赞扬,而对“国贼”们则痛加斥责和鞭挞。他同时特别地强调了臣对国君应无条件地忠诚和服从,甚至达到了非常残忍的地步,抹煞了作为臣下的应有权利,中国历史上的“愚忠”思想在此已见端倪。

Abstract:Han Ying,a Confucian in the beginning of West Han Dynasty, was the founder of Han Shi which was one school of " Sanjia shi". It seemed to contain all kinds of thoughts in Hanshiwaizhuan, but the Confucianism was still the bone of it the thoughts of Loyalty and filial piety. Traditional Confucianism emphasized loyalty and filial piety. and the same to Han Ying. In his opinion, the subject must obey his emperor unconditionally. Han Ying classified subjects, and praised those who were loyal to their emperor but criticized those who betrayed. The shortcoming of his thoughts was the omission of the rights of the subjects.
