MED下治疗复发性腰椎间盘突出症6例分析

探讨经腰椎后路行椎间盘镜髓核摘除术治疗复发型腰椎间盘突出症的可行性及有效性。对已确诊为复发性腰突症的6例患者,结合初次手术情况,均采取原后路切口接受MED手术。全部6例患者随访8—15个月,参照Nakai评定标准,优2例,良3例,可1例,差0例,优良率为83.3%。结果表明,在经过严格的术前影像学诊断和熟练掌握手术原则及技巧的前提下,经后路椎间盘镜微创手术治疗椎间盘突出术后复发是可行的。

The Analysis of Six Cases in the Treatment of Lumbar Recurrent Disc Herniation Preliminary by MED Technique

Objective: To investigate the surgical feasibility and eficiency with microendoscopy discectomy technique for the recurrent lumbar disc herniation.Methods: The six cases which had been diagnosed as the recurrent lumbar disc herniation accepted MED surgery by posterior incision considering previous surgery.Results: All six cases were followed up from 8 to 15 months,According to Nakai reference evaluation standards,excellent in 2 cases,good in 3 cases,satisfactory in 1 case,and poor in 0 cases.The excellent rate is 83.3%.Conclusions: Under the premise of the strict preoperative imaging diagnosis and mastering surgical principle and skills,the minimally invasive surgery by microendoscopic discectomy technique is feasible in the treatment of posterior recurrent lumbar disc herniation.
