| Abstract: | Library as one of the three basic structures in higher colleges is never neglected.In view of the practical development of library in information field,this paper puts forward that the informational construction is the most important and basic task for library work.The needs in library management are also analyzed and the work content and strategies are suggested so as to make out some specific measures and ways in the digital information construction. |
