| 摘 要： | 随着科学技术的迅猛发展,世界各国都把科学技术和教育摆在关系国家兴衰的战略地位上予以高度重视,大力扶持,以推动本国经济的发展。不过,以经济和科技发展为导向,出现了教育的经济主义思潮和科技主义思潮,使高等教育的发展呈现出一些不尽如人意的地方。

| Abstract: | With the fantastic development of science and technology, all the countries attach great importance to science &technology and education by placing them onto the strategic position related to the rise and fall of a country and giving great support so as to promote her economic development. However, the guidance with the development of economy and technology brings about the thought of economic and scientific &technical doctrines in terms of education, which leads to some unsatisfactory things in process of higher-education development. |
