| 摘 要： | 我国反兴奋剂法规已跟不上社会的发展。笔者就兴奋剂向未成年人扩散、对使用连禁药物的运动员的处罚、反兴奋剂的执法主体几个法律问题有关法规的不足之处，对比发达国家的有关法规，提出改进和完善的建议。

| Abstract: | The laws and regulations to fight against dope fail to keep up with the development of society in China. The author points out the deficiencies in the few judicial regulations concerning the few laws, such as the extention of dope among minors; the punishment of athletes who use the contraband excitant and the main body to enforce the law against dope and puts forward some suggestions of the improvement and perfection compared with the related regulations in developed countries. |
