| 摘 要： | 作为高科技人才培养基地的高等学校,必须把实施创新教育放在首位,而实施创新教育实质上就是培养学生的创新思维能力。培养创新思维能力可以将培养学生的创新意识、问题意识、批判意识、论文意识、语言表达能力等作为目标。
