中国图书馆两次新图书馆运动之比较

20世纪至21世纪的两次新图书馆运动,虽相隔80余年,却有着共同的精神旗帜,相同的目标取向,而且运动的发起与参与主体均系学界的专家、学者,没有政府的介入。但两次新图书馆运动由于背景各异,在运动的路径选择、内容、方式上存在较大的差异。

Comparison between the Two New Libraries Movements from 20th Century to 21st Century

Although there are 80 years between the two new libraries movements from 20th century to 21st century, they have common spiritual flag, same goal orientation , moreover, the sponsors and participation body of the movements are the experts and scholars in this field without the involvement of government. But there are many differences between the two new libraries movements such as the movement way, the content and the method because of the different background.
