知情权与我国养老保险基金征缴制度建设

在国外,知情权已经延伸到社会生活的各个领域,权利性质已逐步演变为综合性的积极权利.在我国,法律对知情权的规定尚较模糊,民众的知情权远未得到充分实现,因此,在养老保险基金征缴制度建设方面亦困难重重.为此,我国必须通过建立有效的知情权保护制度,以促进前述制度建设的顺利进行.

In foreign countries,the right to know has been extended to the various fields of social life,not limited only to the political field.Its nature has also evolved from a single passive right to an integrative positive right.But in China,for various reasons,the definition of the right to know in the law is blurry,and the populace has far from realized this right.As a result there exist great difficulties in the construction of a system for collecting endowment insurance fund.To promote the establishment of a sound collection system,a protection system for guaranteeing the right to know must be built up.
