| 摘 要： | 独立学院已成为我国高等教育系统中一个重要的环节,从其产生到发展壮大,呈现出速度快、规模大等特点,有力地支持了高等教育大众化、多元化发展.而与此同时,独立学院的办学定位及人才培养、师资建设等方面存在的问题却不容忽视,这决定着独立学院今后的发展方向并影响独立学院的发展.因而有必要研究独立学院存在的问题及发展思路.

| Abstract: | Independent college has been become an important link of higher education system in our country.It demonstrates the characteristic of the rapid development,and strongly supports higher education to become popular and varied.At the same time,the problems of school orientation,talent cultivation and teacher construction in independent college can't be ignored,which decide the future developing orientation of independent college.So,the article has investigated the independent college's existing problem and the thinking of development. |
