| 摘 要： | 目的:通过内镜观察消化性溃疡并出血在临床发作期与缓解期有无对应关系来确定治疗.方法:采用欧林巴斯电子胃镜GIF-V观察消化性溃疡活动期、愈合期和疤痕期出血情况.结果:消化性溃疡活动期出血占63.00%(68/108),愈合期30.00%(32/108),疤痕期占7.00%(8/108).结论:消化性溃疡临床发作期应包括内镜下的活动期和部分愈合期及少数疤痕期.临床分期与内镜分期无明显的对应关系,内镜示为疤痕期而临床症状明显的,也应按发作期进行治疗并延长治疗的疗程.

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe under the endoscope whether there was a correspounding relation between clinical paroxysms and laxation periods to peptic ulcer compounded with hemorrage.Methods:To use Olympus electronic gastroscopy GIF-V to observe the bleeding cases of peptic ulcer in the active, healing, and scarring periods .Results:Bleeding in the active period of peptic ulcer was 63.00%(68/108),healing period 30.00%(32/108),Scarring 7.00%(8/108). Conclusion:Clinical paroxysm of peptic ulcer contained active period under endoscope, partial healing period and short scarring period. There was no obvious correspounding relation between clinical paroysms and endoscopic paroxysms. If acase displayed under endoscope as scarring period and had obvious clinical symptoms, it should be treated as in paroxysms and course extended.reatment. |
