| Abstract: | On the basis of summing up advantages and disadvantages of existing prestressed concrete, the paper put forwards the basic concept and design of vertically tensioning prestressed concrete which can markedly save rolled steel, simplify technology, improve work efficiency and have good technological economy benefits. |
