| 摘 要： | 为了解长沙地区军校学员的性格倾向对应付方式的影响，本次研究选取了587名军校学员进行抽样调查，运用《应付方式问卷》和《莱曼和科尔斯太特的内向、外向、中间人格对照表》进行施测，结果为：（1）不同性格倾向的大学生在幻想、合理化、退避、求助、自责几个因子上有显著性差异；（2）不同性格倾向军校学员中，男生与女生、独生子女与非独生子女在某些因子上存在显著性差异；（3）不同性格倾向的军校学员多选择解决问题和求助两种方式应付挫折。并在此基础上提出一些针对性的教育策略。
