大学英语教师职业认同感的调查研究

采用定量与定性相结合的方法对大学英语教师的职业认同感现状进行调查。结果表明:第一,男女教师的职业认同感水平无显著性差异;第二,重点大学教师的整体职业认同感水平高于一般大学教师;第三,教师职业认同感存在工作年限的显著性差异,表现为3年以内>3-5年>5-10年>10年以上的变化趋势;第四,教师职业认同感存在职称类型的显著性差异,表现为讲师>教授>副教授>助教以上的变化趋势。
