| 摘 要： | 创新是在前人或他人已经发现或发明的基础上所做出的新的发现、提出新的见解、解决新的问题、进行新的运用乃至创造新的事物的活动。创新的心理素质因素体现出人在心理形态方面比较稳定的特点,是创新的主体系统的基本要素,主要集中在动力素质、操作素质、调节与监控素质三个方面,涉及的因素有创新意向和创新追求、创新能力(一般性智力与创新性智力——感知灵敏性、创新思维和操作)和众多的非智力性因素。

| Abstract: | Innovation is the discovery or invention predecessors or others have made on the basis of the new discoveries,new insights and solve new problems,a new application and create new things.Innovation psychological factors reflected in the psychological patterns more stable characteristics,the main innovation is the basic system elements,mainly in power quality,operational quality,quality control and regulation 3,the factors involved in innovative and creative intention to pursue,innovation(general intellectual and innovative intellectual--perceived sensitivity,innovation and operational) and numerous non-intellectual factors. |
