构建和谐社会过程中不和谐因素及其消解

我国在构建和谐社会过程中仍存在不和谐因素：过度关注经济总量增长，忽视经济发展与全体社会成员发展的协调一致；经济体制转轨，分配制度不合理；社会矛盾增多，社会治理成本增大。构建和谐社会必须加速经济发展、做大“蛋糕”，合理分配以及整合社会资本、降低社会运行成本。

Disharmony Factors in Constructing the Harmonious Society and Their Removal

.In the process of constructing the harmonious society,there are many disharmony factors:excessive concern about the total growth of economy,neglecting the coordination of the economic development and the common development of all social members,economic transition,the unreasonable distribution system,increasing social conflicts,and increased costs of(social) management.Thus the constructing of harmonious community must speed up economic development,social integration and rational allocation of capital,lower social operating costs.
