| 摘 要： | 采用3种不同的血液抗凝剂(ACD、EDTA、肝素)检测南阳黄牛血液的抗凝效果及时RAPD反应的影响，从中挑选一种总体效果最好的抗凝剂。结果表明：选择合适的抗凝剂时实验能否取得预期结果有重要的影响。 |

| Abstract: | Expetimenting three blood anticoagulants' effect and influence on RAPD with Nanyang cattle's blood,we chose the best anticoagulant on the whole.It was shown that adopting appropriate blood anticogulant was an effective factor in experimental success. |
